PostQode is a product/service of ElevenXN Technologies. All references to PostQode within this document pertain to the service provided by ElevenXN Technologies. This PRIVACY POLICY OF POSTQODE (the “Policy”) applies to Personal Information collected by or provided to ElevenXN Technologies through its product, PostQode and/or its affiliates (collectively “PostQode”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via the PostQode Software As A Service platform (“Platform”). This Policy describes how PostQode uses the Personal Information that it collects, receives, maintains, and stores about you.

Unless defined otherwise, the terms in this Policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the “Terms of Service” or the “Master Subscription Agreement” between you and PostQode (as applicable).

1. What Information is collected by us

1.1.PostQode, operated by ElevenXN Technologies may collect Personal Information from or about you in order to provide, enhance, market, and offer our products and services (“Services”) offered via the Platform, and to otherwise communicate with you. This section describes the categories of Personal Information we may collect. You are not required to give us all the Personal Information identified in this Policy; however, if you do not provide requested Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with some or all of our Services. “Personal Information” includes without limitation:
a.Personal Data: The term “Personal Data” means any information that you provide to us which either directly or indirectly, whether true or not, about you or any other individual who can be identified from that data or in combination with other information we have or are likely to have access to.
b.Contact and Demographic Information: Including but not limited to name; address; telephone number and email address.
c.Payment Information: If you make a purchase, we will collect your payment information depending on the mode of payment used by you together with your purchase details.
d.Account Information: Information associated with an account that licenses PostQode Services, which may include name of the user, name of the Authorised Users, contact details, account ID, billing and transaction information, and subscription plan information.
e.Content you provide through our Services: The Services include the PostQode products you use, where we collect and store content that you create, send, receive and share. This content includes any information about you that you may choose to include. We collect feedback you provide directly to us through the Services; and we collect clickstream data about how you interact with and use features in the Services. We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our Services. This information includes the features you use; the links you click on and how you interact with others on the Services. We may also collect information about the teams and people you work with and how you work with them, who you collaborate with and communicate with most frequently.
f.Usage Information: We may also collect usage and device information when you visit the Platform. This may include information relating to your internet activity or other electronic network activity, which includes device information; web server type and version; PHP version; database type and version; cookie information; device information; browsing activities, and platform or mobile application use data; referring domain; destination domain and destination path; performance, security, software configuration and availability of our software on your servers and network; website user statistics and website and portal use and viewing activity records; and communication preferences.
g.Communication Information: We use your contact information to send transactional communications via email and within the Services, including confirming your purchases, reminding you of subscription expirations, responding to your comments, questions and requests, providing customer support, and sending you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. We also send you communications as you onboard a particular Service to help you become more proficient in using that Service. These communications are part of the Services and in most cases you cannot opt out of them. If an opt out is available, you will find that option within the communication itself or in your account settings.
h.Device and Connection Information: We collect information about the computer, phone, tablet, or other devices you use to access the Services. This device information includes your connection type and settings when you install, access, update, or use our Services. We also collect information through your device about your operating system, browser type, IP address, URLs of referring/exit pages, device identifiers, and crash data. We use your IP address and/or country preference in order to approximate your location to provide you with a better Service experience. How much of this information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services.

The primary objective of cookies is recordkeeping and uniquely identifying your browser.
j.Other services you link to your account: We receive information about you when you or your Authorised Users integrate or link a third-party service with our Services. For example, if you create an account or log into the Services using your Google credentials, we receive your name and email address as permitted by your Google profile settings in order to authenticate you. You or your Authorized Users may also integrate our Services with other services you use, such as to allow you to access, store, share and edit certain content from a third-party through our Services. The information we receive when you link or integrate our Services with a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in these third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with our Services.
1.2.Other information that we collect includes:
a.AI Utilization and Data Processing: We utilize advanced AI algorithms for processing and analyzing the data ingested from software artifacts such as code, requirements, production issues, Jira, Confluence, etc. This AI-driven process aids in API development, including documentation, code recommendations, test recommendations, and automation.
b.Handling of Software Artifacts: We collect, store, and process software artifacts necessary for API development. We implement robust security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of these artifacts.
c.API Development Data: We handle data related to API development, including documentation, code recommendations, and test automation, with utmost care, ensuring it is stored, processed, and, if necessary, shared in accordance with the highest standards of privacy and security.
d.Anonymization and Aggregation of Data: For certain analyses, we may use anonymized or aggregated data. This policy details how we safeguard individual privacy in such instances.
e.Data Retention in API Lifecycle: Our data retention policies specific to API lifecycle development are outlined here, including criteria for data deletion or anonymization.

2. Information we do not collect

2.1.Sensitive Personal Information: We do not intentionally collect “Sensitive Personal Information”, such as Personal Data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s gender orientation. If you choose to store any Sensitive Personal Information on our servers, you are responsible for complying with any regulatory controls regarding the data.
2.1.Our policy for children: If you are a minor, you should not have a PostQode account. PostQode does not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our content specifically to minors. If we learn or have reason to suspect that you are a User who is a minor, we will have to terminate your account. Different countries may have different minimum age limits, and if you are below the minimum age for providing consent for data collection in your country, you may not have a PostQode account.

3. Method of Information Collection

3.1.We collect Personal Information in a variety of ways. We collect Personal Information directly from you; for example, when you visit our websites, respond to a survey, participate in a telephone interaction, fill out a registration form or otherwise use our Platform, or communicate with us through our website to receive information about our Services or to schedule a demonstration of the same.
3.2.We may also collect Personal Information from third parties, including without limitation, Personal Information from service providers that help us to build and maintain our contact lists, that integrate their services into ours, or in other ways work with us for our mutual benefit.

3.4.Consent for AI-Based Analysis: We obtain explicit consent from our Users for AI-based analysis of their data. Users have the option to opt-in or opt-out of such analysis, ensuring their control over their data.

4. How we use the Information we collect

The Personal Information provided to us or that we collect from you through other sources is used to provide the Services and to fulfill our obligations under our agreement with you and/or to comply with the statutory legal obligations. 4.1.To provide the Services and personalize your experience: We use information about you to provide the Services to you, including to process transactions with you, authenticate you when you log in, provide customer support, and operate and maintain the Services.
4.2.Product Research and Development: To develop, test, and improve PostQode Services. We are always looking for ways to make our Services smarter, faster, secure, integrated, and useful to you. We use information and collective learnings (including feedback and surveys) about how people use our Services to troubleshoot, to identify trends, usage, activity patterns and areas for integration, to improve our Services and to develop new products, features and technologies that benefit our users and the public. We also test and analyze certain new features with some users before rolling the feature out to all users.
4.3.Communicate with you: We use Personal Information (including contact information) to communicate with you about PostQode products and Services, including product updates, your account, and changes to your policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
4.4.To market, promote and drive engagement with the Service: We use your contact information and information about how you use the Services to send promotional communications that may be of special interest to you, including by email and by displaying PostQode ads on other companies' websites and applications, as well as on platforms like LinkedIn and Google.
4.5.For safety and security: We use information about you and your Services' use to verify accounts and activity, to detect, prevent, and respond to potential or actual security incidents and to monitor and protect against other malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, including violations of Services policies.
4.6.For Customer support: We use your information to resolve technical issues you encounter, to respond to your requests for assistance, to analyze crash information, and to repair and improve the Services.
4.7.To protect our legitimate business interests and legal rights: Where required by law or where we believe it is necessary to protect our legal rights, interests and the interests of others, we use information about you in connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory, and audit functions, and disclosures in connection with the acquisition, merger or sale of a business.

5. Sharing Personal Information

We may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances:
5.1.Within ElevenXN Technologies, including its PostQode product team: We may disclose your information to our employees, directors, and individuals acting as our agents and contractors. We shall ensure that our internal processors use the information strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
5.2.Service Providers: When we hire a service provider to help operate the Platform or our business, we may allow access to Personal Information as necessary to perform the service for us. This may include service providers that operate our Platform, send our communications, or run our promotions.
5.3.Business Partners: We may share Personal Information with our trusted business partners. For example, we may share your Personal Information with a company when we co-sponsor a promotion or service. These partners may use your Personal Information to, among other things, send you information or contact you about their services and products.
5.4.Third Parties for Marketing Purposes: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may share Personal Information with third parties for purposes of our marketing, advertising, promotions, contests, or other similar purposes.
5.5.Legal Obligation or Protection from Harm: When we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the Personal Information is reasonably necessary to i. satisfy or comply with any requirement of law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, ii. enforce or investigate a potential violation of the Terms of Use, iii. detect, prevent, or otherwise respond to fraud, security or technical concerns, vi. support auditing and compliance functions, or v. protect the rights, property, or safety of ElevenXN Technologies, its users, or the public against harm.
5.6.Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of transfer or sale of some or all of our business, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, Personal Information may be transferred along with the business. Where legally required we will give you prior notice and, if you have a legal right to do so, an opportunity to object to this transfer.
5.7.Purposes described to you: We may share your Personal Information for other purposes, as we describe to you and as permitted by applicable law.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6.1.ElevenXN Technologies, through PostQode may collect Personal Information with the help of tracking tools like browser cookies. The term "cookies" refers to small pieces of information stored on the hard drive of your system while you view a site. The primary objective of cookies is recordkeeping and uniquely identifying your browser.
6.2.We use cookies to improve the quality of our Services. Cookies help us to tailor our Services to best suit your preferences and provide you with ease and convenience while accessing our Services. Not all data collected from cookies is Personal Information, such information is collected for creating a better user experience.
6.3.We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our Services in order to tailor it to the needs of the User. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
6.4.Neither we nor any other third parties performing Services on our behalf shall use cookies to automatically retrieve any Personal Information from your computer. If you do not wish to receive cookies, you may configure your browser either to notify you when you receive a cookie or to disable cookies. 8. Deletion or anonymization of Personal Information

8.1.We take measures to delete your Personal Information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria as outlined herein.
8.2.Upon termination of your account by cancellation or suspension, your Personal Data is destroyed or anonymised from our records and system in accordance with our retention policy in the event your Personal Data is no longer required for the said purposes unless its further retention is required to satisfy a longer retention period to meet our operational, business, legal or other statutory requirement.

9. Retention

9.1.We retain Personal data for as long as required to engage in the uses described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
9.2.The criteria used to determine our retention periods include the following:
a.The length of time we have on ongoing relationship with you and provide PostQode products and Services to you (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or keep using our products and Services).
b.Whether account owners modify or their users delete information through their accounts.
c.Whether we have a legal obligation to keep the data.
d.Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to the enforcement of our agreements, the resolution of disputes, and applicable statutes of limitations,, litigation, or regulatory investigation).

10. Data Transfers

Personal Information that we collect may be transferred to, and stored at any of our organisations including our affiliates, partners or service providers which may be inside or outside the European Economic Area (EEA). By submitting your Personal Data, you agree to such transfers. Your Personal Information may be transferred to countries that do not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided information. When we transfer or disclose your Personal Information to other countries, we will protect that information as described in this Policy. In addition, we may enter into Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission with our commercial customers where appropriate.

Since most of the information collected by us is directly from the User we cannot guarantee that the information will be accurate. Any information collected by us through a third party source, such third party is responsible for the accuracy of the information.

Our Platform may include third party content and links to third party websites and services that collect Personal Information. We do not control these third parties and this Policy does not apply to their privacy practices. 15.1.We use industry standard technical and organizational measures to secure the information we store. 16. Dispute Resolution
